Within Us

You have only the limits you place upon yourself. How does that idea resonate with you? Your response to this idea says a lot about you. How you see yourself, and then how you live follows.

If I see myself filled with potential ( at any stage in life) I will always see what could be, and therefore, have more hope and less doubt. The implications are not small. Seeing myself as filled with possibilities makes me more likely to be happy, and fulfilled.

The data is in, and well established now. We as humans do have much more potential then we ever imagined. We also apparently have a cooperative environment. When we set an intention, move in a direction with vision and confidence, things around us move with us.

We also have within us, a deep longing for growth, purpose and for living a true authentic life. The resourcefulness within you is just waiting to be tapped and wanting to be, even if the want to gets hidden under the rocks of let down, or loss.

Part of my reason for showing up in the world is to encourage myself and others, to see these truths and do something about it. I hope today my words spark something, even if it is a bit of the idea that there is something more to be done!
