Breathing Fulfillment into Life.

As a former progressive minister, and now as a Human Potential Certified Coach, Inspirational Speaker, and Published Author, my life has been and will forever be about a passion to find the best version of me and to inspire people to find a life of fulfillment.

 

I feel that we are all here for a reason. That we have a gift that the world needs to experience and that it is our life work, to find that gift and to not settle for anything less than a life of living out our true purpose.

 

This is when we find our deepest fulfillment and when our life becomes the most impactful on the world around us. This takes courage, a willingness to grow and change, and at times, a call to take risks and step out into the unknown.

Through coaching, writing, and public speaking, I support people in this process of transformation. leading toward fulfillment. For me, there is no greater joy than to be a part of this process in my own life and supporting this in the lives of others.
